As most of you know, Football is a really big deal around here. My kids love it!! Even Connor sits at every practice and cheers at all the games. .
McKay played in the Pee Wee division. His team went all the way to the Championship game undefeated. They played Riverton for the Championship. It snowed 3 inches during that game!!!! It was miserable. They lost the game and were devastated!!! I think 11-1 is pretty awesome!!! McKay is #2. He played Defensive tackle. Hard to believe that my little guy played the line!!!

Please notice how much smaller he is than the other players. He did such a good job on the line and would generally take out 2 guys!!!

McKay and Ellmen played the same position on the team. Made us laugh to see them stand together. McKay was the smallest kid on the team, Ellmen was the biggest!

As you may remember from the Back to School Post, Kelleck broke his right hand and 2 weeks later broke his left arm just below the elbow. Fortunately they didnt do surgery, Unfortunately he was in a cast and couldnt play football for 6 weeks. He went to every practice and did everything he was cleared to do. The day he got his cast off, he went to practice in his fancy custom made brace. The Dr. told him not to play, but could see that he was going to. So they made him a pretty sturdy brace that went from his armpit to his wrist. And he practiced and played in every game after that!!! He played in the Junior division which is the last group before High School. It was a pretty emotional season because of that. Kell is #46. His team also went to the Championship game undefeated. They played Alta and lost 21-20!!! It was a hard loss and most of them cried. He is trying out for the High School team in June.

Kelleck on the sidelines with his brace wrapped so he can play. (Try to remember that Kell is 5' 7". His team was pretty big. I felt like a little kid standing next to them!)
